We’re now almost two weeks into the new year.  Hopefully your resolutions are still holding strong!  For this year though, maybe try something different than just a few resolutions, try adding a sweeping, general, across-the-board effort:  The Pursuit of Better.

Chase PR’s

Chase your dog

Chase your passions

Chase new experiences

Chase friends, brothers, sisters, parents, sons, daughters

Chase adventure
Chase joy

Chase strength

Chase life

This year I am chasing PR’s, joy, strength, passion, and health.  I have decided to switch from being a long time ASICS user to Newtons.  Hello Better.

What are you chasing?

I agree Andrew. It really inspired me this morning to really get training after a few tough weeks. Those sound like 3 great things to prioritize this year!

Brian, are you working for Newton or just an ambassador?

No, I don’t work for Newton, just a recent ASICS convert!
